General Pricing Guide

Your actual price may vary based on contract negotiations. All pricing is in standard US Dollars. Please refer to this sample of our standard contract for information on liability, ownership and copyright.

Package Deals:

We outline everything you need to get started and wrap it up at a discount. All of the packages below assume you will be using Godaddy hosting and the website will be based on Joomla.

Pricing: Our pricing is spelled out clearly in our package deals below. Anything not mentioned in the package may not be covered. Please discuss all the details of your project for a more accurate price.

Joomla: A Content Management System (CMS) that makes it relatively easy to update and maintain your website with minimal training. Little to no html or programming required and you can easily add or remove your own content using Joomla. No need to pay a web professional to do it for you. (more info: joomla.org)

Godaddy: Godaddy is a hosting company. They give your website a place to live on the internet so that it can be visible to the world. They are well established, well known and have outstanding customer support. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The hosting costs for most of our clients runs about $45/year which includes ample hosting, email addresses and lots of tools to help you grow your site. The hosting fees Godaddy charge are entirely separate from our design prices.

 

Starter Package: $199*

This is a very basic "get you started" package. Because we keep consultation and design time to a bare minimum, we are able to keep the price very low. However, if you need additional consultation or changes, we can arrange that at our standard rate. Professional Package: $499*

Additional design time helps us add a few more features at your request as well as re-branding not just a customized banner graphic but the colors and overall look of the entire website template. This level of customization tells your clients you have a serious online presence. Enterprise Package: $1499*

This is truly the best value of all of our website solutions for large scale projects and is primarily used for well-established businesses that already have content ready to be deployed on their site. Perfect for busy professionals such as doctors, lawyers, etc who need a professional web presence, but need us to do as much of the work as possible. Print & Logo Designs

Satisfaction is always guaranteed with our print design projects, but we have yet to have anyone ask for a refund! We think that speaks volumes about our work. We want to share that same quality to help you promote your business. Note: Prices are for design and graphic work only. We do not handle actual printing as we are not a print shop. However, we can make arrangements for printing as well as t-shirts, mugs, pens and various other forms of merchandise. Design Charges: There is a $5 charge for each change requested after the initial designs are put forth. We also give you 3 changes for free to put finishing touches on your project. This fee is to account for the time involved in getting your project customized to your business so that it's EXACTLY the way you want it. Logo Designs - $60 Think about the power behind great logos like Coke, Honda and Disney. Customer recognition is a huge part of marketing and starting a business. We will walk you through customizing a logo unique to your business. Check out a design page from one of our actual clients where you can see us step through the progressive process of Business Cards - $30 First Impressions may be everything, but your business card stays around LONG after you're out of your client's office. It had better speak volumes about your professionalism and business practices. Flyers - $250 Flyers are often your foot in the door with a new client. Is that foot something you typed up in Microsoft Word with free clip art or is it a slick and professional representation of the quality work you do? Tri-Fold Brochure - $550 The ultimate in take-home sales pitches. Studies show flyers and business cards may get filed in the shredder, but users are 12 times more likely to read your sales pitches if they're contained in a brochure. Note: We do NOT provide actual printing services. We are a design shop. However, we are more than happy to work with your professional printer at no extra charge or provide you with easy-to-use PDF files to do your own printing. Free updates/changes to print projects within the first 10 days.

Search Engine Ranking:

We are in no way responsible for search engine ranking. Search engines and their ranking systems are controlled by third parties. We can only make an effort to optimize your project so that it COULD be well indexed on a search engine. We cannot and will not make any guarantees on search engine rankings or even that your project will be listed on search engines at all. See our article titled Content is King

Providing Content:

We are a design firm. We simply provide the professional shell for your website and the associated features that go with a website shell. You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, etc) for your website in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays in your project because of delays in content. Ownership of Work:

We retain ownership and full rights for ALL of our designs. This is very common practice in this industry. You, as a client, are granted unlimited license to use our designs created for you on any medium you choose (web, print, etc). We reserve the right to re-use our designs in part or in full for other projects. If you wish to purchase ownership of our designs outright please feel free to contact us. We specifically reserve the right to display all designs we create for the purposes of a portfolio.

Definitions:

Page of Content: A page of content is defined as the amount of text and graphical information that will fit on an 8 ½ by 11 inch sheet of paper or a separate page on the navigation system on the site.

Design / Consulting Time:

Consulting time is used for basic site setup such as domain registration, hosting account creation and any customization or special features that the client requests such as photo / image tweaking or scanning or changing a section of the site that was previously completed and approved. The more design time your package includes the more freedom you have to request changes and customization without incurring additional costs. Any requests that exceed the design time allotted by the package will be billed at $60/hour. You will be informed when this occurs.

Payment:

Packages under $500 must be paid in full before work begins unless other arrangements are made. Larger projects require a minimum of 70% of the estimated cost up front and the remainder due no later than 30 days of the beginning of the project regardless of completion status in regard to content. Your website may be rendered inactive if payment is delinquent. Our preferred method of payment is paypal. Clients are responsible for all other fees associated with their project if they are not specifically detailed here.
